Kechtravel offers personalized services, and it is important to mention if children are part of the reservation. The rates for children are as follows:
- Free for children under 2 years old.
- 50% discount for children under 12 years old.
- Full price for children 12 years and older.
Booking Deadline and Modifications
Assistance requests must be sent to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Any modifications to your reservation information must be communicated in writing, also 24 hours before the flight date. After this time, a 100% fee will be applied.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us in writing at least 24 hours before your flight time. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you by Kechtravel. In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, a 100% fee will be applied.
Definition of “No Show”
A passenger is considered a “No Show” if they do not arrive 60 minutes before their flight or do not show up at the designated pick-up location as scheduled.
